Government help charity

I choose this article because I like to help charity to find some donation for disabled and children. Another reason is I like to take a chance with my luck by buy lottery.

A new department to promote charity and social welfare was set up on Thursday under China's Ministry of Civil Affairs. The department will deal with welfare lottery, charity activity, donations and welfare projects for the old people, disable and children, a ministry statement said. "We will work to boost the charity in China and distribute to the country's social security system," said Wang Zhenyao, the new department's director. The department will draft rules on volunteers organization and work on a nationwide volunteer network. It is also entrusted to make a regulation on run the welfare lottery and manage the welfare fund raised through the lottery. It will work out plans on how to spend the money on charity programs.

In my opinion, lottery is one way to promote charity and it can bring people to make something good and if they have good luck they could get a lot of moneys from lottery.

"mega-ministries" to improve government

I choose this topic because China have many problems in government and this article show how they solve their problems that we can look and learn from them.

China plans to create "mega-ministries" to improve government quality and deal with complex economic reforms. Financial services and agriculture are the first thing to be consider. But the domination of Chinese politics by communist group may restructure. China already cut off the ministries from 100 in 1982 to 28. But it is not enough to dealing with the many complex issues brought about by a fast moving market-oriented economy. The structure can not cope effectively. The council is considering to create "mega-ministries". Experts believe that this will improve efficiency and policy co-ordination and reflect the practice of mature economy. However, someone warn that this may create more problem, as power and corruption are often link in China government.

In my opinion, to improve their country, they have to help or create some plan to develop the country and not just the government but also people in the country have to help toward together. the country will develop faster if people in the country help each other.

Chinese businessman want to take over Liverpool

I choose this article because I love Liverpool football club. And it has some news about the club that a Chinese billionaire businessman wants to take over the club.

Since some of Chinese billionaire began to take over many sport club all around the world, now there is another Chinese man looking forward to purchase Liverpool F.C., one of the best football club in the world. His name is "Kenneth Huang". He is the owner of big sport company in China. This is not the first time that he looking for take over famous sport club, but he purchased 15 percent of a great basketball team in NBA, ClevelandCavaliers. But the owner of Liverpool F.C. will not sell his team easily for sure because he can earn a lot of money from the club. Liverpool F.C. is one of the best team in the world, so it would be good if Chinese billionaire can take over because Chinese population will interest Liverpool more than ever and the supporters will increse a lot. Now, most of the supporters of Liverpool F.C. are not like the owner of the club because he not give a budget to manager tobuy new players and not allow to sell some players. So it would be pleased for the supporters if Chinese billionaire can come to take over the club. In conclusion, it would be a good news for Chinese population and all of Liverpool supporters if Chinese billionaire can achieve it.

In my opinion, I think to invest in company that make business about sports because sports are become popular around the world, so it can earn a lot of benefits from advertisement, sponser, copyright and people who want to watch or support the team.

Could China be the World’s Most Powerful Economy ?

I choose this topic because China is a powerful country. There are many chinese people around the world. And Chinese is becoming the third language.

According to public opinion survey by the Pew Research Center, 44 percent of Americans believe that the top economic power of the world is China, while 27 percent still firmly assure of the US. Yet in fact, most thought is wrong. It seems to be far away from their opinion. Although, China’s economy has grown rapidly, it cannot equate with the strong country as the US. Actually, China is likely to be the most powerful of world economic because there are 1.3 billion people. However, It does not mean the standard of Chinese’s living is better than the US. Furthermore, in manufacturing the US is still the world head because of the higher quality. It is true that China produces lots of production but they are low in quality and coast.

In my opinion, China is a large country. There are a lot of chinese citizens around the world. In China, there are many organization, so it has a lot of business. China earn a lot of money from export and import. They have business around the world, so they can connect with other country around the world.

Emergency help after earthquake in China

I chose this article because the earthquake is on of the highest disaster in our world that unavoidable. From this situtation had over 400 people died. China had many disaster in that country. It powerful country true but if they face to this kind of problem which the powerful country in the that that cannot avoid for sure.

After powerful earthquake in China, there were at least 400 people died and more than thousands were injured. The magnitude 6.9 quake in Yushu country, Qinghai province. ShelterBox has sent one rescue team into China earthquake area. They were sending 500 tents and clothing and quilts for 1000 people. They said the major problem they are facing is lack of tents. The situation in several villages in the mountain is still unknown and roads and communications have been cut. There is widespread destruction and they need our help. The Red cross said an assessment team from Qinghai province was in the region, and another more charity agencies from Beijing would join them in 1 day. All of charity agencies will decide quickly with their team what help they should give and where should they send a team to help. They knew that it will be vital to get medical supply and medicines to Yushu country as fast as possibleto help the survivors. The rescue was co-ordinated by Chinese government and British. China have experience of dealing with natural disasters. They can solve the problem well. Most of the buildings in the town were wrecked, and landslides have cut off roads. Hundreds of survivors had been pull from the rubble. In 2008, a huge earthquake struck in Sichuan province, about 800km from Yushu. It left 87,000 people dead or missing and 5 million were homeless.

In my opinion, when people are facing to this problem the government should do something that will make those life better. After this situation, the government or wealthy people should establish the organization that directly to this disaster for victim to better life. This problem is the one of the biggest problem that unavoidable in our world but still have some problem that people are facing that we are not know and seen.

Planet 's discovery

The reason why I chose this news is I personally interested in astronomy. I think it is such a mysterious thing that even science cannot find out what is going on above the earth. I think there are plenty strange planets and aliens, walking on some planets outside the world. I am looking forward to someday I can see the marvels which have not discovered on this today.

In a few days ago, I have heard that there is a Chinese scientist who found the new tiny planet while he was on observatory, Cheu Ching San. It was the first time of Chinese scientist that discovered this little planet above China. Mr. Chaohaiping, researcher of observatory , said that this planet spends time to orbit around the sun for 100.29 year around.

In my opinion, this news is such a good news for science world. It may stimulate the scientists to work harder on the astronomy. On the other hand, according to the news it may be an implication that something outside the world has been changing and it may causes huge change on our world too.

I choose this topic because I like everything that have engine, especially automobiles.

this is a new technology and it will be a good technology. China is the country that co-develops technology with other counties so China becomes a developer in Asia. Many counties in the word try to develop technology for protect a global warming.

US auto general motors and China Shanghai Automotive Industry will produce new engine and transmission technology together. This is the first time that Chinese automaker helps an international group to develop a new technology. Engineers and researchers will co-develop a fuel engine and front wheel. They will create a new transmission for this engine. This transmission would be better than six-speed automatic transmission. Moreover, it makes a few carbon dioxide and support environment. Shanghai Company spent more than one billion dollars for development and production. The new technology will take in market in 2012. GM is the market leader in Chain, which become the biggest auto market in the world.

In my opinion, I think this news is very interesting because it will be a new technology and support environment. Nowadays, many countries try to develop a new technology for protect global warming. On the other hand, some people know this problem but they do not care anything.

I choose this topic because I like to listen the music, so I want to show something about music.

Music festival is now distribute to all over the world. Last weekend, there are rock music festival in China that had a good feedback from an audiences all around the country. the Holisland Music Festival, the concert that featuring by many rock bands all around China and famous rock band form others country such as, Simple Plan from Canada. More than 20,000 audiences were came to joined this festival and have a good feedback from them. Music festival in China is very popular and interesting so every month in China, music festival will show at each province for example, Gaungzhuo Music festival in Guangdong province. In conclusion, It show that music festival in China are grow up very fast in the country and distribute to all around the country. If feedback from the audience still good like this, Maybe China will start to think about the biggest music festival in the world.

In my opinion, music can provide entertainment to people and many people enjoy it. It is one way to relax or release all pressure. Many concert were played for charity to find some donation.

The concert in China has been cancel

I choose this topic because Dong Bang Shin Ki is very famous and every teenager like this band.

Dong Bang Shin Ki, the boyband declined to join a concert in Sern Jern, China. And the concert maybe cancel if they did not come. SM Entertainment manager said "three of them did not answer an invitation in China, and now still have not an answer. As an original affiliation, they sorry for this situation"

However, the original affiliation said about the less chance that Dong Bang Shin Ki will show in the concert in Asia. Three member in the band have a contract with one company in China. They declare to reporter that they will not entry the con cert in Sern Jern. Their manager said 'during the three member in the band request the court to cancel their contract. During the investigation, they confirm to do follow the old contract. but after outcome, they refuse to do follow the contract in 2008 including Asia Tour. That if one of them withdraw, the concert in Asia will not happening.

Electric bikes known as e-bikes, become popular in recent years. It around 200 US dollars, they can reach top speed to 30kph and go 50 kilometers, one charge costs 16 cents. In some cities use e-bike approximately 50 percent of all bicycle used. The batteries can be recycled. About 20 million e-bikes were sold each year in 2007 and 2008. It batteries can be charged overnight.

In my opinion, e-bike can reduce the consumption of fuel in the world, from gasoline be a electric. It easier and faster to ride a bike from place to another place.

Urban transportation in China

I choose this article because the transportation is important to every part of the world. It should be place every part in China for convenient to transport from part to part in that country.

Chinese streets are dominated by chaotic of several transportation. The number of cars and trucks is increasing everyday some cities are already covering by exhaust fumes and traffic jams. Beijing subway is predicted to be the largest in the world by 2015. Around 16 million Shanghaiese use the city public transportation everyday and other six million people ride their bicycles every day. Several cities in China are under construction public transport system. China can build these kind of transportation easier and faster than other country because the government owns the land, labor is cheap and protests against the system cannot be organized. Nowadays, at least 15 cities were building subway lines.

In my opinion, China is a powerful country. It’s good that China begin to build several transportation in their country. It much easy to travel from district to another district. From this point travelers can travel easier than the past.

Martial art school soccer team

I choose this article because there is not many country in the world that applied martial arts with soccer.

This soccer team took inspiration from Stephen Chow's famous film Shaolin Soccer and World Cup. Li Lin, who is seventeen-years captain, started the team a few week ago. He said that his martial skill would help them to play soccer. His team spend 4 hours a week for practice with coach Wang Xiaobo. However, an anonymous said that monks are permitted to watch games. Finally, They must to according to religious doctrine to go to sleep early.

In my opinion, It’s probably good to apply martial arts with soccer. Soccer attract i think soccer has an influence on everyone, even monk. Many people are interested in this sport.

I choose this article because nowadays in our world has many country that made home stay for foreign students . China is a big country in the world. It should create home stay for foreign student to study in China.

Beijing International Exchange Center(BIEC) has recently launched an International Volunteer Home Stay Program for hosting foreign students. Following of the Olympic families success, which hosted tourists during the 2008 Olympics. BIEC believes host families can help foreign students understand in Chinese and also improve their language skills.

In my opinion, home stay helpful foreign students to improve and language skills. Because when they were stay in host family, stay with native language. Host family will help you to improve your language for sure.

More than 660,000 people have apply for volunteer jobs for the 2010 Asian Games, organizers said on Thursday. Volunteers can send their applications either through the official website (www.gzv2010.com). The 95 designated or moving application center in the city as well as mobile phones, said by the organizers at the press briefing. Between the applicants untill Wednesday, college students account for 68 percent, said by Wang Huanqing, secretary of the volunteers department of the Asian Games.

The 16th Asian Games will begin from November 12-27, 2010 in Guangzhou. The second city in China to host the biggest sports game in the continent after Beijing held the 11th Asian Games in 1990.

This charity game is part of the Yao Foundation Charity Tour to help improve education environment for poor children in Western China.The tour also include a donation banquet on Friday. The Yao Foundation was established in 2008 in the after of the earthquake in China's Sichuan Province.The foundation has help to rebuild six schools in the earthquake area. If someone ask me that what is the most popular island in Thailand, I can answer with no doubt that Samui Island is the most popolar island in Thailand at this moment. Not only Thai people that like Samui Island but foreigner and traveller also like and call it as "Heaven on the beach". Koh Samui located in Gulf of Thailand, far away from Surathani about 84 kilometers.

In January to May is the highest season that favorable to travel there because the the weather and the wave is really nice. The most popular beach in this island is "Cha-weng beach". There are many entertainment venue and beautiful resort that make traveller love here and have many excited activities for every traveller. I have a plan to go to Samui Island after this quater with my classmates. I really want to go there because my friend that have ever go there told me that Samui Island is very nice so I can't wait anymore to go there. I hope it will be one the greatest trip for me and my friends.

Since the opening of World Cup 2010 in South Africa, all of the audience that come from another country feel so annoy with this African's musical instrument. It's sound is like an insect is flying around your ears and it's makeyou feel bad. Even the television audience also hear this strange voices too but how many people will know that it's sound can make your ear off.Vuvuzela is a native horn of Africa, it's 5 meters long. People brang it to used first in last ten years as an instrument for cheer in football games. First it's just a small aluminium horn that from a bicycle but when people bring it to a field, the security afraid that it will become a weapon, so they modified it to with a plastic replace aluminium and become very popular.The biggest vevezula horn is in Cape Town, it's long 114 feets and can voices out about 123.5 decibels. In last 15 minutes of every match, African's audience conjoin to make a annoying voices from vevezula and it's feel like to kill the enemies. Some research show that sound of vevezula is louder than whistle,drum set and electric saw that can make your ears off and can't hear everything forever.To sum up, it's a dangerous insrument that is not appropiate to use for cheer in stadium because it's sound is very loud and dangerous even though it's can make a game feel more exciting.

Cigarettes reach to child !!

Few days ago, I read an article that in Indonesia, there is one child is smoking 40 cigarettes per day. This child only 2 years old. His name is Ardi Rizal, Indonesian baby that make people around the world feel scared. His father told the reporter that he taught his son smoking last 18 months. His mother told the reporter that if Ardie doesn't smoke, he will get angry, scream, and feel sick. Ardie gains extra weight and can't play with his friends, so he has to sit on his baby car and smoke all day. His family spend 5 dollars per day for Ardie buy 2 packs of cigarettes. Government of Indonesia try to help this family but they don't sure that they can stop him or not. His father said that "I don't see any problem with him, he looks pretty and healthy to me."

I think Ardie has a lots of change to get pain and disease more than normal child. His father should control his behavior and decrease his chance to smoke. We can't blame anyone except his father that taught Ardie to smoke
